Lots of free ATMs, good customer service via phone, chat, or email if needed. I've yet to miss having a local branch, and I don't have to deal with the big ripoff banks. I even get a little interest on checking.
No more zelle??
The app is great but I miss the continuous balance per transaction feature. Please bring that back.
Savings rate on a checking account. What else do you need?
Hard to center check. I've seen other apps that snap to the edges of the check.

Very useful app. Latest version is an improvement. Camera is much easier to use for deposit.
I've been with Memory Bank for three years. The app is just as consistent as its brick and mortar counterpart regarding ease of use, features, and resolve. Memory Bank's money management function is robust; thus, you can easily connect all manner of financial accounts to create an in-app hub. Lastly, throw in a clean UI for mobile check deposit and the ability to chat with customer service whom are both responsive and competent, and I am quite satisfied with my term as a Memory Bank customer.
